Morgantown, WV?

Question

My girlfriend goes to school in Morgantown, WV (WVU).

I plan on going to see her this weekend but a lot of people have been saying that it's like a very rough place to drive and stuff because I haven't driven on the interstate a lot. Is it really that bad? A lot of people said the cops are asses and the traffic is always speeding and theres a lot of wrecks and it's 8 lanes of crowded traffic the whole way and stuff. Is this true? How is it driving up there?

The Interstate isn't bad. Traffic can get heavy around the 68/79 interchange. Do watch your speed, especially if you are driving thru PA at all. Both states (WV and PA) have unmarked highway patrol vehicles.

Once you get into Morgantown things get a little hairy. But if you pay attention and take your time, you should be okay.

it's not that big of a deal, it's just another city(not even that big) I run all 48 states and Canada and if you drive like you have no brains, yup the cops are gonna nail you and yup, you are gonna tell everyone how bad the cops are. DON'T WORRY,
