Question:

Mormons, re: "magic underwear"?

I have always heard it called "magic underwear" and all of the mormons seemed to find it an amusing name for them. More recently, though, I'm finding some Mormons being offended by the term. Is there an official name for them I can use that is not offensive?

  1. I have never met anyone whos found that amusing. Mostly we prefer not to discuss it at all because we feel its so sacred. But if you have a respectful question referring to "the temple garment" is more appropriate.

Its great and much appreciated that you dont want to cause offense!

  2. Garments

How can something which is worn constantly  [apart from taking a shower] and covers the most unhygienic part of the body be termed sacred

Come on for God sake Haven't people the right to question Especially when you are on these missions trying to ram these belief onto others  whether they want it of not

There are also many other aspect that you don't wish to discuss too The fact this belief like many if not all these days are run by Masons

Blind faith can be an awful thing Many times causing a person to loose much ground
