Morning Star?

Question

I just became a vegan and I like to buy Morning Star products.

What I want to know is can vegans eat Morning Star products? Some said yes and some said no..? :(

You'll soon learn that ingredients lists are your best friend. Always, always read the ingredients, even if you're 99% sure it's vegan. You'd be surprised what they can sneak dairy into. A lot of basic Morningstar products are vegan. Some of the veggie burgers have cheese cooked into them, so obviously these aren't. I think a lot of the breakfast 'meats' contain eggs. Basic soy burgers and crumbles are dairy-free, though, so go nuts.

I eat Morningstar chicken tenders and I found out it had eggs in it. =[ If I were a vegan, I wouldn't count on it. Don't eat them

yes, always read the labels, sometimes they throw in dairy or egg products.  You can try boca, they have the chick patties that now are vegan, also the crumbles and VEGAN burgers are vegan,  also, dont buy too many processed products anyway,  if you definitely care about your health you need to have natural foods and make them from scratch!  always the best way, even if it takes time and practice! :)

It says on the packages whether or not it's vegetarian or vegan friendly.
