so i've recently decided that im going to start walking/jogging in the mornings. I'm homeschooled and ive always been involved in track/basketball and soccer and its like now ive become lazy from sitting at home . I definatly want to change that.So is there any advice anyone can give me ? like how much sleep to get ? should i eat after or before i run? and if so how long before of after? just anything that might help any advice.:)I apreciate the help and advice.
