Morning glory seeds recreational use questions?

okay well i just heard about morning glory seeds being used as like drugs

and i looked through some of the questions then i stumbled upon a site talking about alcohol and what not

so i have a few questions i hope someone can answer....

what is the best way to prepare the seeds with the use of petroylum ether (because i dont know what that is and i doubt we have any) and alcohol (i'm only 14 and my mother doesnt drink)???

and

how long are the effects, and just any details about the affects, etc??
