how come when ur opponent activates torrential morphing jar doesnt get its effect its flipped, plz tell me wat cards dontactivate morphing jars effect, thx

Because, in order to use Flip Effects, you must either Flip Summon the monster to use the effect or they must be attacked during the Battle Phase, and then it's effect is then applied. If it was destroyed of a card effect eg. Nobleman of Crossout or Shield Crush, it will destroy the Flip Effect monster without flipping it up, therefore the Flip effect monster doesn't work.

Another Q: "lets say u play murmillo and u only have 1 in your deck then test tiger can u tribute the tiger and return murmillo 2 the deck bring it out and use its effect plz answer"

Yes, you can Tribute Test Tiger and and return Murmillo out to the field, to Special Summon another Murmillo on the field. It doesn't specifically say "except Gladoator Beast with the same name" on the card text, so you are free to Special Summon Gladiator Beast with the same name.

when morphing jar is flipped from face down deffence to face up deffence or attack mode  or sent to the graveyard by an attack its effect activates for both players   so lets say  morphing jar is face down deffence and your opponent activates Swords of Revealing Light its effect activates because it was flipped face up

morphing jar wouldent get its effect because technically it isnt flipped but if someone were to attack it it would be flipped.
