West Brom’s midfield star James Morrison believes that the stability at the club has been the major factor behind its success in the Premier League.
The Scottish international believes that the club’s long-term planning has helped it perform consistently and hailed the management for keeping hold of all their key players.
West Brom enjoyed a flying start to the Premier League this season, opening their campaign with an impressive 3-0 victory at home against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809. The club then went on an undefeated run of games, drawing with Tottenham at White Hart Lane and dismantling

The club’s streak was ended on the visit to Craven Cottage, where they found themselves at the receiving end of a 3-0 thrashing by Fulham.
However, manager Steve Clarke urged his team to bounce back, and bounce back they did. The club draw away to Aston Villa and then recently won 3-2 against Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 at the Hawthorns. West Brom have managed 14 points from 7 games, and sit at 6th
spot, tied on points with Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.
Morrison is delighted with the way the club is run and the way the players are managed. West Brom managed to ward off interest regarding star strikers Shane Long and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Peter-Odemwingie-c29794 during the summer. Both players had been instrumental in the club’s tenth
place finish last season, and new manager Steve Clarke had made it a priority to hold on to their services this season.
The midfielder was especially happy with the recent contract extension of Jonas Olsson and said:
“A few of our players have played together for a long time now. QPR have signed a lot of players and it takes time to mould a team.”
“We have been building this for a few years now with the players that we signed at an early age. I came when I was 20 and we’ve played together now for a long time so we’re gelling nicely and we’ve got a good group of players.”
Defender http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jonas-c18967 Olsson added:
“I can see the club going in the right direction long term. That is quite rare and quite unique in football today. Our performances this year are a product of that.”
