West Brom’s midfield star James Morrison believes that the stability at the club has been the major factor behind its success in the Premier League.
The Scottish international believes that the club’s long-term planning has helped it perform consistently and hailed the management for keeping hold of all their key players.

The club’s streak was ended on the visit to Craven Cottage, where they found themselves at the receiving end of a 3-0 thrashing by Fulham.

“A few of our players have played together for a long time now. QPR have signed a lot of players and it takes time to mould a team.”
“We have been building this for a few years now with the players that we signed at an early age. I came when I was 20 and we’ve played together now for a long time so we’re gelling nicely and we’ve got a good group of players.”
