Morrisons supermarket pepper bread?

Morrisons do a really lovely cheese and pepper bread made fresh. Can anyone who has worked there tell me exactly how to make it.

I've looked on the web but non turn out as nice. The bread is really really soft.

To make bread softer, knead more and bake at a slightly lower temp.
