  1. not too sure about morrow boards or bindings but i have morrow boots and they are comfy...as for just using regular snow boots...not such a good idea...you need snowboard boots that fit in the bindings and support your ankels so you dont end up breaking an ankle...

  2. good luck

  3. Morrow boards are OK to start with.  Personally I ride a burton dragon with K2 -k14 bindings and burton rider boots.  You will need snowboarding boots, regular snow boots will not hold up and your ankles will kill you before the day is over.  My setup is way more expensive then it needs to be, but i've been snowboarding for 7 years.  If your still growing then morrow is a great board (I used a morrow when I started)

Once you start snowboarding and like it, look into burton gear,  Only reason I have K2 bindings is they were super cheap (last year model)

and remember when snowboarding, your first day is going to be full of falls your knees and butt will kill by then end of the day, but thats how snowboarding is.  Stick with it, and the second time you go you will be much better!!!! Have fun!

  4. Morrow is a decent beginner brand.  Once you progress, it's not going to be as good as a better brand, but it'll do for now.

Yes you need snowboard boots.  Regular snow boots will not fit correctly into your bindings, and you can seriously injure yourself if you aren't set up correctly.  Also, they doesn't provide as much support and response as actual snowboard boots.

If you're looking into new gear, check out: K2, Burton, Rome, or Lib-Tech.
