Are you talking about a real, live, bat that

flies?  I used to live in the mountains and

at dusk, bats would come out in hoards.

I loved to watch them.  Yes, they eat tons of

mosquitoes and insects.  they also love over-

ripe fruits.  they won't fly into you, they can

tell exactly where you are and swerve away.

Bats are cool. They come out around dusk and kill  flying bugs and misquotes....they won't bother you.

bats can eat over 10,000.00 bugs in one feeding take that you cruddy mosquitoes !

Yes they are. I'm happy to have them fly around my head at night, they eat my enemies. I think they have lost any fear of me-- they brush right past me and land under my outside table while I sit there. They make cool hiss-eek noises at me if I pay attention to them.
