Mosquito traps and repellants?

Question

Does anyone know how to make mosquito traps, I have them everywhere around my house. Any suggestions would be great. I tried alot of things, I don't really want to pay a lot of money for something that may not work.

It says that rubbing Bounce dryer sheets on your skin will keep them from biting you.

DIYHappy has a good article on how to make a mosquito trap - involves using a plastic bottle, sugar, yeast and some black paper.

If you did decide to shell out for a commercial mosquito trap, then you might want to consider the MegaCatch Traps for catch effectiveness and reliability.
