I am a Leo and I always was and I still am very charismatic.I think Sags and Aries can be very charismatic too,but that's maybe because I am a Leo.

I think Libra's are sweethearts!  I was married to a leo a couple of years ago. They think they are always right about everything, and they can be bossy. You notice I said I WAS married to a leo.

for me it was a piscean i met, and he had lots of fire influences in his chart. I have also found geminis to be very witty. but i think you can have charismic people in all signs, i guess the placements determine a lot. maybe i thought the piscean was because i am cancer, im not sure.
