Most Effective Way to Burn Belly Fat?

What can I do to burn belly fat? I have been doing abdominal exercises, but I need to burn the belly fat that is over the ab muscles. How do I do this? Let me know what has worked for you! Thanks

  1. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat.  Yucky answer, I know, but here goes the stereotypical answer:  eat a healthy balanced diet and cardio.  If your fat automatically goes somewhere (mine goes to my belly and my hips) then theoretically you should lose it there fastest.  In my experience, that doesn't happen.

    Also do you weight lift?  I don't mean like body build, just some strength resistance.  It keeps your heart rate up far longer than cardio although you should do both.

    As far as abdominal exercise, make sure you aren't just doing regular crunches.  Reverse crunches are fantastic!  I can only do 15 before I feel like my stomach is going to paralyze.  Pilates is good too!  


  2. you need heat, and lots of it (but don`t get burned, OK?) what you can do is heat water in the microwave Ind pour it on a towel and wrap it around your stomach for 5 minutes every day, this will make you fat go away.

  3. What you can do is go jogging. Go to walmart and get those big belts that you put around your waist to sweat a lot (only like 5 dollars) and then go to the park and walk, jog or walk which ever one you are most comfortable with, do it for about 30 min (like two miles). At least 3 to 4 times a week the more the better.And you will see a difference in your stomach in like 2 weeks for sure.I you really want to make it intense you can also buy that whole black sweat suit kinda embarrassing to wear it but it works good. Never eat after 7 pm!
