Most Improved on his way to Chantilly to compete in the Prix du Jockey Club
Trainer Brian Meehan confirmed to the press that, Most Improved, will compete in the Prix du Jockey Club at Chantilly on 3rd June, 2012, where he will race in the capable hands of jockey, Mickael Barzalona.
The son of Lawman, out of mare Tonnara, has competed in three starts since his career began and claimed a placed position in each of them.
It will be the seasonal debut for the three-year-old, since he was scratched from a number of races because of injuries.

The races he missed include the Craven Stakes and the 2000 Guineas. He was entered into the Heron Stakes at Sandown, but Meehan didn’t think it was wise to take his runner over seven furlongs.
Through his website, Brian Meehan explained why he missed races this season:
"His preparation for the 2000 Guineas was interrupted so he could not make the Classic, but he is now back in very good form and working well.
"The French Derby was always on the agenda as a possible post-Guineas target, and it makes even more sense as he is French-bred and eligible for owners' premiums."
The bay colt started his racing career with an impressive performance in the Bet At Bluesq.com Maiden Stakes, where he finished as a runner-up under the command of jockey, Martin Dwyer, at Newmarket on 5th August, 2011.
Victory was very close for the runner, but it seemed that his luck ran out in the final stage of the race, falling a short-head behind the Mahmood Al Zarooni trained, Kinglet.
The Iraj Parvizi owned runner notched a victory in the EBF "Dutch Art" Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Maiden Stakes at Newmarket on 26th August, 2011, where he was ridden by Martin Dwyer.
With sheer skill and determination, he dominated the track and lived up to all expectations. With the status of race favourite at 4-5, Most Improved defeated Mahmood Al Zarooni’s charge, Welcome Gift, by five lengths over the course of seven furlongs.
Most Improved will be racing outside Newmarket for the first time in his career, and his connections hope that their runner excels.
