In all of MMA, who are some of the most overrated fighters of all time?

kimbo slice, anderson silva(yeah i went there), bj penn(can only handle the lightweights now). shamrock is like tank abbott and hughes. they had their day it was good but they stuck around too long.

I think all of you momo's are confusing Overrated with washed up. Everyone mentioned (With the Exception of Kimbo) have all had they're *** in the grass, and all have been proven. Kimbo is technically a rookie, still even without any ground game he can bang better than most.

To answer your question, "The Count" Bisping. Now that mother f'r is overrated.

Ken Shamrock is not overrated!.....he was a pioneer of the sport!....his time is gone....but he is a legend!.....

and to "wen"..... Only a Troll would say Liddell is Overrated!

Liddell was never sheltered... He beat Couture , Wandy , Belfort...etc......Liddell is the definition of a Fighter!

Most Overrated MMA fighter is Arlovski.........

liddell imo. yeah he is good at striking and has great takedown defense but no one has seen his ground game really.

Liddell. He was a product, more than a fighter, and sheltered to the point of being a dollar bill champion. As soon as serious contenders were presented, he fell off of the face of the planet.

and andre arlovski. he never impressed me much. didnt seem like he was ever really tested.

i think chuck lidell isnt overrated because...ok hes a xience guy or whatever but...hes a tough sob bottom line. noone see's his groundgame cuz noone can seem to take him down...ie....thats fantastic ability. he's fought and beaten some of the very best.

I think the most overrated fighter is Rashad Evans.  He is totally trash and will get destroyed by Chuck.  The only quality fighter he has beaten was Stephan Bonnar and that was in the TUF.  He has also beaten Bisping, but he is my other totally overrated fighter.  I hate both of these fighters and cant wait untill they get crushed when they fight someone good.

I have to say Fedor. He hasn't fought any one worth mentioning since Pride, and until his fight with Silva I won't be convinced he is a top fighter anymore. I would say Kimbo but I'm sure everyone now knows he is nothing special.

Rich Franklin.  His wins were mostly a product of being left handed and very good at cutting weight so he was bigger and stronger than most at 185.
