Most absorbent brand of pads and tampons?

Question

my period is heavy so whats really absorbent. i use always maxi pads for pads, but for tampons i'm not quite sure, what brand to buy becuz i have to be so careful and make sure it's a good brand that absorbs well, since my periods so heavy. thanks to that i have never even bothered to buy them. anyways help me decide on a brand of tampons and pads. must be really really absorbent. thanks girls. :)

Lilets expand width ways and offer good protection. Tampax just seem to get longer and seem cheap made.

always clean for pads tampx pearl or tampons

but which ever brand you get

you should get the super sizes

Set your watch and change them regularly for the first few days.  I prefer Tampax Pearl- if you are a little late in changing it the cord is very absorbant!
