Most affordable place to live?

the cheapest place to live in the usa.

I went to college near buffalo ny, and it always amazed me that you can buy these big beautiful houses that in other areas would cost high hundreds or mil for 1 or 2 hundred k. the pay is good there and the cost of living is inexpensive. (also there are many great schools).

cheap housing, cheap(er) gas than the rest of the country, pretty much cheaper everything.
