Sorry, you fell for it! It is video that is being run in reverse. Tricky, tricky!

If the bike had been a fixie then maybe someone with some skill could do the things he did.

Video's run backwards  how can you tell?    One quick way is that the bike has a derailer.  Even if you fixed the freewheel you still couldn't pedal in reverse because the derailer would jam (they don't work backwards)
