Aria at East Circular Quay. Best view of the bridge and Opera House if you can get a table by the window. Noise level very low so you can actually have a decent conversation with you dining partner. Try the deg menu.

If you know have/know someone with an entertainment card its a buy one main get one free. The decor and views are worth it.
