Tell me about yourself.  Be brief because they are not talking about an autobiography.

Why did you leave your last job?  Good reasons are wanting more challenge or growth opportunities, relocation, layoffs/downsizing.

What is your greatest weakness?  No one believes you if you say "I cannot think of any."  Pick something that has nothing to do with your ability to accomplish the job. Try "Sometimes when I am working on a project I just get so absorbed I forget to look at the time. Before I know it the time to leave has long gone by.  But when I am working on a project and I am being creative and on a roll, I just stay until I can get it done."  The object is to turn a weakness or fault into a positive, appealing trait.

What are your strengths?  Be brief.  Think of it as a 60 second sell.  Tailor your answer to the particular needs of the position.

What makes you qualified?  Reiterate the top reasons why you can perform in the job.  Be brief.

It's all about targeting your skills to meet the employer's needs.  Summarizing your most marketable strengths in a brief and concise manner.  Research the position, think about what the employer is looking for in a candidate and if you are the right "fit" prepare your responses accordingly.  Good luck!
