Banana Cream Pie Martini:

Using a Boston Shaker, Chill:

1oz. Vodka

1oz. Creme De Banana

1oz. Creme De Cacao

1oz. Half & Half

Rim the Martini glass with Honey then Rim it with Graham Cracker or Animal Cracker Crumbs. Pour Chilled Mixture into Martini glass.  Seriously it tastes like a Banana Cream Pie.  

I hate Animal Crackers because of this drink.  It is a time consuming drink to make.

The Lava Flow is another bizarre drink I have served:

1oz. light rum

1oz.  coconut rum

2oz. fresh or frozen strawberries or Strawberry Daiquiri mix

1 small banana

2oz pineapple juice

2oz. coconut cream

Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour this mixture into a tall (Collins or Hurricane) glass. Rinse the blender. Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth. Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums very slowly and watch as the strawberry mixture oozes its way to the top along the sides of the glass creating the flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or sliced banana.

It is another time consuming drink to make....however I really enjoy making it, because only girls order this and I love to see their faces when they see the "lava" rising up.  It tastes delicious too.

Well I bartend and this guy comes in one night and says....well I want you to make me a drink but it's going to sound weird.....he's like I want something fruity with a whole bunch of different rums....I was like ohhhhh kkk.....So I made this drink with Bacardi, captain, house rum, myers, and malibu (little splashes of each) then added grenadine, pineapple juice, oj, cran, and sour mix.....he drank it and said it was the BEST drink he had ever had.....WEIRDO....so that's my story!

An LA Freeway, take the bar mats at the end of the night, drain them into a shaker cup, add some liquor of your choice, ice, shake and serve. Helps if you're really blasted to make that drink go down smooth.

A spice mixture some Mexicans use for fruit and veg. It is composed of chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, probably more, in lemon juice.

We took this ice cold and a 1 & 1/2 shots of ice cold tequila. Bam slam it down!

We then boosted it up with more of the same & tomato juice & a splash of hot sauce for a drink. lol  It goes down real warm.

A real spice-y version of a bloody mary. But the shot is real cool.

Not so much bizarre, but gross:  the Cement Mixer is Baileys with Rose's lime.  Put it in your mouth and move it around a little.  Yum.  Chunks.  I've drank them and I've served them.

I had this mixed drink in Goa, India:  it was cashew moonshine (kaju feni) mixed with 7UP, mango juice, pineapple juice and lime with a pinch of chili powder

Also, "bhang" which is literally a marijuana smoothie.  I take the 5th regarding consumption.
