Most likely pork; it's tough to raise cattle, and expensive to import anything.  And beef really doesn't go with pineapple...

While I was hiking inside Haleakula on Maui, a native park ranger came riding in on horseback, rifle at his side. Asked me if I'd seen any goats or pigs. I pointed up towards the southeast rim of the caldera. After an hour there were a couple of shots and the ranger came down with a big boar slung over his saddle.
