What is the most dangerous city in the Philippines?

When I mean dangerous I dont mean stolen credit card info, small unarmed petty crimes, natural disasters or weather I mean actual life threatening crimes that involve terrorism, extremists, kidnappings, murder and bombings that can cause a dent on the Philippine economy.

its safe in philippines just as long as you are smart. Just dnt go to rebel places like the southern part of the phil. The truth is filipino loves to help foreigners, they arent harsh on you. btw what i mean about being smart is be cautious dnt offend people, and filipinos hate people who are loud and bossy, if you treat filipinos right they will also treat you right.

the danger you mention is mostly in the very south regions.  safest city is Olongapo, always in the top 5 in goverment reports for safest, has best fire department in the country, top in peace and order in its size category and 3rd overall

dont know bout the most dangerous, but I wanna add Laguna Province as one of the safest one.  I was from there and its the closest Province from Manila.
