Most disturbing monster you can think of?

Me and my dudes play the totally awesome and excellent game Dungeons & Dragons and it is now my turn to be the g*y Master (as we call it, lol) Because my last adventure was so awesome, my standards are high and need something new EVERY time, so, i need YOU my good friends to think of the most scary, nasty and utterly most disturbing monster you could ever think of, it can be from a movie that maby very little people have seen.

How about Freddy? Doesn't get much worse than a monster that stalks your dreams trying to kill you...

The creature from "The Relic" was pretty weird.

Probably the most "disturbing" to me was the half-human/half-alien hybrid from Alien Resurrection.
