when that guy ran on the field and tried to jump the fance at oakland, and byrnes kept him from getting over and pulled his butt back onto the field.

or in football when that fan stole the ball from favre during a game, then ran away from the security guys for a while and made two of those security guys bash into eachother. and then the fan was absolutely laid out by one of those security guys right after. one of the best things i have ever seen in my life, WATCH IT

i just forgot his name, but that third base coach sure took a butt whipping from the broken barrel of a bat during that all star game.

or in the minor leagues when that guy gets hit, kicks the catcher over, and then charges the mound and proceeds to take on the entire opposing team. never saw what happened after but it couldnt have been good.

I cannot recall ever witnessing EITHER act at any other time on a professional diamond. One is a significantly more brutal act than the other, yet gets widely admired, while the other (admittedly bizarre) hurt nothing, yet is universally derided.

lol ive seen that nolan ryan video a million times.  Every time ur like, i swear its not going to happen again, the pitcher isnt gonna do it.  You just dont expect a pitcher to whoop *** against a position player.  But god d**n, he got owned.
