Most embarrassing moment?

alright, this is most likely asked a lot. but whats your most embarrassing moment?

i haven't had many... but the ones i have had are:

1) i was in weight training class [yea, we HAD to take it] and well the teacher put up these things [sorry, dont remember the name right now lol] but they get higher. well you had to try and jump over them, he wanted you to try but if he stops you then stop, cuz if he did then it means you cant jump as high as the next one. well he didnt stop me in time, and i tried jumping the last one, and he said "okay, stop" after i jumped >.<... well i dont exactly know what happened, but i fell forward, infront of the Whole class, some hot guys btw, everyone was laughing, and it was embarrassing

2) me and my mom were walking out of a store to the car, well this car up front looked really similar, and i thought she was heading to that one. well i opened the passenger door and almost sat down, when i looked over and there was this girl in drivers seat just staring at me, i apologized like 10 times and closed the door, walked away, and didn't say a word of it to my mom cuz i knew she would just laugh at me lol, which i laugh about it now, but not at the time it happened :/

3)my parents have quite a sense of humor sometimes... well we were in the car on the way home, and we were in our town, there were people i know and go to school with. my dad was driving and my mom was in the passenger seat. the song "Dontcha" by the pussycat dolls came on the radio, so my dad found it funny to roll the windows down, and blast the radio really loud. Then my parents proceeded to dance and sing to the song on purpose. :/ i was laughing kinda but at the same time hoping i didnt know anyone around us lol.

&4) i trip over things all the time, or run into regular doors(not glass ones)

We were having "Dress Up Day" when I was in 6th grade. My teacher had told us this story of how two boys in another homeroom dressed up as Lavern & Shirley from the tv show a few years earlier. She talked about how funny it was and wondered if any boys in our class were brave enough to do it. All of us boys had a crush on the teacher, and this one boy talked me and two others into agreeing to dress up.
It was embarrassing just calling my neighbor and asking her to borrow some clothes. She was giddy and invited me over to pick out an outfit. My mom borrowed a wig and did my make up.
I showed up at school in a long brown wig with a pink ribbon in it, wearing a pink blouse, black knee length ruffled skirt, white knee socks, shiny black girl shoes, and the make up. Not only were the other boys not dressed as girls, no one else was even wearing a costume of any kind!
I had gotten mixed up and dressed up a day too early! 0_0
I had to spend all day explaining what I'd done, being teased, and feeling ridiculous.
