what is the most expensive house in your area. it doesnt have to be in your aera juat where ever! some states r so high now days! just put in a website for your answer!!! thax!

The average home in our area is around 250,000-300,000, there are some homes in the general area for over 1 million, but typically the newer homes being built are in the range of 300,00-600,000

the average house is between 70-100 G's.. but there are some VERY expensive townhouses..
