Most feasible professional/racing cycle in India?

With high fuel prices I've decided to change my conveyance mode.

I want to know which bicycle would be the best for a professional within a range of Rs 10,000.

I'm looking for high speed, light weight and built in a way that the chain won't grease my trousers and of course not trendy and sporty, purely professional.

hey i think u should try out the Hero Hawk or some other thin tired bike...BUT i think u should get a mountain bike cause im frm New Delhi and only the new roads are flat for those kind of bikes ..the other ones are kinda messed and since the thin tired bikes dont have suspension they'll break...so get an MTB like the Hero Ranger Swing....(PS i shifted from New delhi to canada 3 yrs back so im not 100% sure about the roads..maybe they fixed em?)
