Most important muscles for wrestling?

im 212 atm, havnt started wrestling at the school yet, but i wanna know which muscles to develop more with my cardio.

    Biceps and back muscles for pulling

    Abs are not called the core for nothing, you need them for everything.

    Thighs and glutes for pushing and lifting.

    Neck for keeping you off your back.

    Don't forget that you need to also work the opposite muscle groups too otherwise  you'll end up with some mobility issues so triceps, chest, and hamstrings as well.

  3. the guy before me was right on point, EVERYTHING is of importance, ur neck so u can bridge, ur legs to lift and shoot, ur arms to pull, push and hold, ur back and core fore movement and power, but if  i had to pick one thing i would say its ur legs, if u can move fast and use ur legs to ur advantage they can be very effective however u should never forget about any one of the many aspects of wrestling or muscle groups  

  4. Biceps.  Wrestling is a pulling sport

  5. neck, back, arms, legs...everything.   but most important is your cardio, you need to be able to last
