Trying to find or compile the list. Steve Young has the most with 43. After that I have Cunningham with 35, Culpepper with 33, and Garcia with 25. Anybody else with at least 25?

Eric Crouch holds the NCAA record for most rushing TD's (59) by a Q.B. You said lifetime, so add what crouch has now to his ncaa record and hes got them all blown out.
