Try installing Yahoo tool bar 7.0 beta...via this link :http://asia.toolbar.yahoo.com/

Same thing happened to me.  I tried calling their customer support # 866-387-5209, but they couldn't help me (they're for billing support only--not tech support).  They did give me an email address to try:  [e-mail]

I just sent the email--I'll let you know if I hear anything from them.  I have a feeling my content is gone forever, which really aggravates me--I had a bunch of links there (with passwords) that I didn't store anywhere else.  Dummy me...
