  1. The majority of the time, yes the boxer will beat the slugger/puncher because most of the time, the boxer is more skilled.  There are some examples however where the opposite has happened; Rocky Marciano knocking out Jersey Joe Walcott, or George Foreman knocking out Michael Moorer.  However, in these cases the boxer was winning the fight, but got caught with a huge punch.  Examples like these are rare and usually the boxer with more skill will win, but examples like these prove that one shot can change history, which just goes to show you that you could have all the skill in the world, but if you get tagged the right (or wrong) way, then you can still go down.

  2. it depends on the boxers.

  3. Depends on how much skill the boxer actually has. Most of the time a boxer has much more speed than a slugger. Ray Leonard was a good example of a boxer with superior skills. He would give any slugger tremendous problems with his speed and agility.

  4. The boxing styles are swarmer, slugger, boxer, boxer-puncher.

    Generally

    Swarmer beats Boxer

    Slugger beats Swarmer

    Boxer beats Slugger

Of course a Boxer-puncher would beat a swarmer because he has that extra power to do damage to the swarmer.
