Absolute best? I don't know...but I've had great returns with FEMKX ( emerging mkts)..FNARX ( nat/ resources)..FLATX ( Latin America).FLVCX ( broader equity coverage...runs hot and cold..hot two years back, hot for awhile now..lot of energy )

Something else you could look at is their FSCHX...select chemicals.. which has quite a bit of the ag/chems that are in big demand and controlled supply.
