Is it tecnically possible to appoint yourself a king, Queen, Duke, or count? It would be cool...Im not stupid.....shut up

  1. No you have to be born a peer by inheritance, or be dubbed a peer by the reigning monarch.


  2. Yes, you can appoint yourself to anything you wish.  Of course, not everyone will recognize your title.

    They took them from others.  So yes - you can eliminate the opposition and take their title.  Today we call it an election.

If you owned your own island you could proclaim yourself anything that you wished!Otherwise,you can't proclaim yourself a royal or an aristocrat.There are people who's sole jobs are to keep track of who really is titles and who is not!There are consequences involved with impersonating royalty and aristocracy.

  6. No. You will not be a real king, queen, duke or count. One has to be a fount of honour, a conqueror or a head of government to do that.
