  1. air 21, which is a affiliate of fed ex.

  2. PhilPost EMS is reliable and 50% cheaper. The problem is they don't have tracking online. They just track by phone.

FedEx however rates from 800 pesos to 1200 per kilogram of the document, it depends if the place to send is out of delivery area (remote area). Please check out their website for more accurate rates.

  3. why is this question under Philippines

  4. Phil Post is the most reliable that I've used when I've sent things from the Pines. I've used numerous other companies and they charge alot more and sometimes my packages haven't even turned up. Phil post has a reputation to keep so I think in turn they deliver the promised services.

  5. I must say DHL.

  6. DHL or Fedex. Cost should be at least PHP1,500.00 and it should take about 3 days. Latest 5 days. They have online tracking so you can track your documents. Don't worry, it wont get lost. Im using these companies documents and light goods to the Phils and back. But not to Madrid though. EMS is also okay but a little slower.

  7. Send it by Diplomatic Pouch then.   If it is too sensitive they may even attach the briefcase by chain to the secret agent courier.  And if the key gets lost, they will call in Dr. Hannibal Lecter to do something about it.

  8. UPS is much reliable and faster
