If Dementieva wins at Kuala Lumpur it will equal the most number of titles she has won in a year. The world No. 7 also won three titles in 2009 (Auckland, Sydney, Toronto); 2008 (Dubai, Olympics, Luxembourg); and 2003 (Amelia Island, Bali, Shanghai).
