  1. go for interacting with different people, make new frnd. just think that mom is there with you everytime.

  2. There is no "reading of the will", that is a Hollywood fiction.  A copy of the Trust must be provided to any beneficiary of the Trust by the Administrator of the Trust upon request, and a beneficiary cannot be removed or lose their inheritance for "asking questions".  A beneficiary can USUALLY only be removed for trying to break the Trust.  Give your mother's attorney a call, ask if you are a beneficiary, and if so, ask the attorney for a copy of the Trust.

  3. Find out who the attorney is and consult with him.  Let him / her know what your sister is doing and telling you and see if she is acting within her legal rights.  Honestly, something sounds fishy to me with your sister's behavior.  My mother was like that when my Grandmother died.  My mother is a money grubbing you know what.  She went through over 150k in less than 10 years.  Ask yourself how someone can do that and then contact that lawyer before your sister goes through what should legally be yours.
