Mother stealing money from my bank account?

im 14 yrs old and i was in a commercial when i was about 8 or 9. i got paid about 40,000 dollars. since all the checks had my name on it, im guessing its mine but now i think my mom is stealing money out of my bank account. i have no idea how to access this money. is there anyway i can go to the bank that my account is at and find out how much money is in it. also if i find out money is missing can my mom get in trouble?

Be honest with your mom and ask her about it.  Ask to see your bank statement and that you want to know the current balance.  If she does not help you ask another family member like your grandparents to intervene and assist you.

well i would ask your mom about it and let her know how you feel tell her if she is taking it you could be using it towards your future
