  1. Yes. If you are paying child support, by law, you have to know the address of where they live at all times and you are to have madatory visitation. You should be able to call your local child support agency to get the address. The money goes somewhere! The only reason that they would not give you the info is if she has a restraining order against you.

  2. I believe so you'll need to contact a lawyer and find out

  3. No not really! You can still file for visitation or you can even fight for custody, but its very rare father gets custody unless something is wrong with mother or she is unfit as a parent. The best thing to do is get or visitation schedule so you can see you daughter and if she doesn't let you take her to court she will get in trouble for it. Sorry she took her like that.

  4. Yes, take her back to court. She can't move the child without letting you, and the court if you have to pay support, know.

  5. okay......first, if the custody order, says shared custody, then she cant leave state....if she has full custody then it is fine.....get a copy of the custofy order, and go to the police station...that is your child....u have every right to know where that child is at all times, and if you werent paying ur child support, they would be on your ***, so i wouldnt let her get a way with taking the child out of state either!!!! best of luck....let me know if u need anything i can help you ith!!!
