She was injured (sprained rib) on the hurler during the first turn. I googled injures with this ride and many people have broken their ribs on this ride. We did go to the first aid building and filled out paperwork relating to the injury. Adding more padding to the sides of the rollercoaster cars could help prevent this from happening again. How should I bring this to the companies attention?

  1. sue them

  2. Kings Dominion probably has an email address. Check the website for one. If they don't have email, send a letter.

  3. If there were medical costs or missed work you should talk to a lawyer to get them to pay for the costs. Otherwise, a letter (written) and certified for delivery to the CEO should be sent. Then, if they don't respond call "NBC4 On Your Side"

  4. You could most certainly sue them, try contacting a general law firm to see about a lawyer.  But please, don't get Kings Dominion shut down, I love that place.

  5. SUE THE b******s!

  6. SUE

  7. Do you have a lawyer, because they are the ones you need to talk to if you want to sue Kings Dominion

  8. write them a letter. or get a petition

  9. I am sure the park is aware of the issue already, especially because this has happened before. Adding breaks or padding to a ride doesn't happen overnight. The park will decide whether or not to add the padding during the rides refurbishment. But things like this may take awhile. So I would avoid this ride from now on.
