Motherboard and Video card help?????????????

and look at the motherboards and video cards and tell me which is the best! needs to work for gaming (nothing hardcore) and all the basics, and be reasonably priced.

Not that good of choices for the money.  All those configurations have nvidia graphics and ATI has made nvidia bite the gold digging bullett and come down in prices.  For the same price of getting an old nvidia card you can have a newer ATI card and better performance.
