Motherboard replacement Fujitsu Siemens Amilo...

Question

Hi, all can anyone help me with this problem I'm trying to remove my motherboard as it's dead. I am able to remove the bottom two covers the plastic ones then there is a metal plate that conceals the rest of the board and the dvd-rom it's here were I fall down. If anyone has any informationregarding removal of this it would be really appriciated thanks in advance for any help
