Mothers day gift ???

Question

am looking to buy a gift thats no the norm, something a bit unusal, something that says i love and i care for you, i saw this in one of the other posts

When we buy gifts to give others, we are using other people's messages. All of us have in ourselves the best ways to show care and love. Buying a gift is the lazy way to do it. The best way to show Mom you really love her and care for her, for one whole day help her unconditionally do whatever she wants. Same with Dad on father's day. And why wait for only one day a year? Love Dad and Mom every day of the year as much as you can. After all, they (have to) do it all year round. Uh, by the way, just in case you think I have an ulterior motive in all this, I am neither a Dad nor a Mom.

I always put some money in the card, that way, they can buy what they like with it.

My son just bought me a 7" digital photo frame for Christmas and filled it with photos of my new granddaughter.  They live miles away so this is a good way for me to see her growing up.   A digital keyring is not a bad idea despite what some of the others say, especially if you're a new parent or grandparent!  But they are also correct when they say that the one thing your mum would want most is just to spend time with you.    Even a trip out to a garden centre and a nice lunch would do and wouldn't be expensive.

if possible..how about you and your mum spend the day together and go somewhere special.have lunch together. and you tell her that you love and care for her.. honestly this is the best gift your mum could have..
