Motion: Marriage with in family members.?

Can you give me some suggestion for the parameters or limitation of this debate??? I really need your suggestion.

  1. The Church of England - Anglican and relevant only to the bottom part

    of the UK bases it on Leviticus . They seem to keep changing the rules - god bless 'em ! . Their latest prognostications last May, at a Church of England convocation,came after  the assembled bishops deliberated for half a day, and eventually decided to approve ten new categories of in-law marriages. With Church of England blessing, a English ( not Scots Presbyterian or Irish Catholic )  person may now marry his deceased wife's sister, his brother's widow, his father's brother's widow, his brother's son's widow, his wife's brother's daughter, his wife's father's sister.

    In short it depends where you live . It seems that each US State thinks differently and as I live up a quiet glen in remote North Scotland am not particularly bothered The local registrar has known me for 40 years and my mum and my gran and ----- etc etc
