I received a letter in the mail with the above statement.

I do have a property in foreclosure-

what exactly does this mean?

How much time do I have left?

  1. Seriously.....get an attorney dude.  Good luck.


  2. You have no time left.  Your mortgage company is moving to the final foreclosure. They are also charging you for their attorney fees.  At this point it is just a matter of days before they have the marshall's come and remove you from your home.  I'm sorry, but you need to find another place to live.
