Motion sickness in car from reading?

How can i stop getting sick while in a car and reading? when I'm in a plane i never get sick, i look at magazines and stuff but never sick! in a car i can only read up to 2 minutes without getting sick! how can i stop getting sick AND still read at the same time? btw its a 90 minute drive to Cape Cod

  2. For reading in a car, I find that I do much better...

    in the front seat rather than the back.  

    having the air conditioning blowing lightly on me.

    reclining my seat a little.

    I've also tried Dramamine and wrist bands, but didn't have much success with either.

  3. You can buy special bands to put around your wrist with pressure-point balls. You can get them from your local chemist, and they are quite cheap and work really well. I hope this helps!
