  1. I know this is clear in your mind, but it is just a little hard to read cohesively.

As I am understanding this, the Judge has ordered you to pay back amounts owed for child support in a 30 day period.

Her lawyer attempted to get garnishment of your wages but failed.

You have paid a certain portion of the amount owed but not all of it.

This is what I am reading here. If I am wrong, post an addendum giving an update and I will check back. But as it is stated above, if the Judge has given you a set time to pay monies owed and you have not, you are in contempt of court. Plain and simple. A motion for contempt would be normal given the circumstances above. Unless you have incredible mitigating circumstances as to why this was not paid by the due date, the Judge will more than likely jail you for the contempt and you will be given another date to pay in full. Any further contempt of court will result in harsher penalties.

I hope this helps and you can find it useful
