  1. Motivation is equally important  for unorganised sector as it is for organised sector. All the employees require some sort of recognition irrespective of the factor, whether they are working for a  unorganised sector or for a organised sector. In present days, Money as well as perquisites and Incentive schemes encourage, the employee to add value to his organisation and the employer indirectly have additional benefits by way of achieving higher turn over in business, and thus the higher profit.

    In smaller organisation 'Target Linked Incentive Scheme(s)' are very popular. Money is time tested, over a large period of time, and has proved to be a biggest Motivators.

Motivation in general is common for organised or Un organised sector, all you need for the employee's is some sort of recognition which will evnetually attract an incentive on for their bottom line. It can be by way of performance Bonus, volume bonus, incentive on targets acheived, Promotion, Holiday's, etc.., all that it encourage the employee to add value to his organisation and the employer indirectly have additional benefits by motivating the staffs by higher turn over of business.*

  3. well i dont think motivation differs in organised and unorganosid sectors (Role)

    motivation is a kind of requirement for worker just like wages

    they will work for money but will work more efficiently if motivated
