Motivational Football Movie - What's the name?

Question

There's a football movie out there where one of the players tells the coach he can't carry another player on his back on his hands and feet half the field, but then the coach has him put a player on his back and close his eyes and do it and the coach gets him to carry the player the entire field.

I can't remember the name of this movie - anyone remember it?
