  1. Mims "Like This"

  2. house/dance songs. i use them all the time. Artists like Masterz at work, DJ Pioneer, Peven Everett, Mr V, Barbara Tucker....

  3. i like pop and some rock for jogging. nothing like coldplay or alternitive music as you will get bored of it and tire easier.

  4. Well, it really depends on your personal taste in music. When working out/running or just general motivation for me, the best song is "Creeping Death" by Metallica (from "Ride the Lightning" when they great). On my iPod, I even have some tracks from "Nirvana-Unplugged in New York." If you like Country, well, the only motivation there is found at the bottom of a whiskey bottle (personal experience). It's really to each their own.......

But, I'll try to give you a rough idea of some of my own personal "motivating" music:

    Daughter-Pearl Jam

    Stop f'n wit me-Lil Jon

    Halo-Soil

    My Own Summer-Deftones

    Bad Boy for Life-P. Diddy

    California Love & I Get Around-2Pac

    The Kids Aren't Alright-Offspring

    Mad Mad World (cover)-Evergreen Terrace

    Wanted Dead or Alive-Bon Jovi

    Atwa-System of a Down

Good luck! Hope this helps a bit. I can give more examples if needed.
